This song is intended as the second ending theme of the 2008 Tokusatsu Drama, Kamen Rider Kiva and it happens to be also the battle theme of Kamen Rider IXA, another Rider in the Kiva Universe.
Note: It also has Seto Koji (Of the D-Boys) as it's lead singer...
